We strip the old turf, grade and prepare the soil, and order the sod fresh for your install day so it never sits on pallets.

Tilling, amending and grading so the sod knits in evenly and water drains away from the house.
Fresh bluegrass sod
Delivered the day of the install.
Clean install
Tight seams, staggered joints and neat edges along beds and walks.
Roll and water-in
Rolled and watered so roots make contact with the soil right away.

A simple watering and first-mow schedule.
How it works

We measure the area, check the grade and send a firm price.
2. Schedule delivery
Sod is ordered fresh for your install date.
3. Prep and install
Remove, grade, lay, roll and water.
4. Hand-off
You get a written care plan for the first few weeks.
Questions we hear a lot
When can I walk on new sod?
Light foot traffic is fine after about two weeks. The first mow is usually around two to three weeks in.
How much do I water new sod?
Daily for the first two weeks, then less often. We give you a written schedule.
Can you fix low spots before laying sod?
Yes. Grading is part of the prep, and we can add drainage if water collects.
