Yes. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation and can send a certificate of insurance for your file.
Can you handle multiple properties?
Yes. We service properties across the southwest suburbs and can schedule crews around a portfolio.
Do you also provide snow removal?
Yes. Most commercial clients bundle snow and ice management with their maintenance agreement.
Can you provide a W-9?
Yes, on request during the proposal stage.
